Ok to clarify my wife and I are totally bind and we enjoy movies and shows with audio description. We had a Roku with the talkback on it but it was terrible. This Fire TV is amazing. The voice view on it is responsive and fast. Alexa is super fast and responsive. This is a blind person's dreamTB for sure. The sound quality is very good, however we have hooked it to our soundbar. The remote is small and easy to use. Overall Amazon has come along way with there products and accessibility. Coming from a blind person who lives and breathes technology this one is great. We like it so much we ordered another bigger one for the living room. Everyone say the picture is excellent. The internett connectivity is great. No lag and very fast loading for sure. I am honestly impressed and had lesser expectations for it but it blew me away. Like I said a blind person's dream TV. Apple has some catching up to do with this one. I got the refurbished model on black friday on sale and there were no damages or imperfections and the same warranty as new. Highly recommend to Blind and sighted folks alike.

I bought this TV to use FreeVee, a way to get to shows through the web. My other TVs are all Samsung, their web service is horrible on a good day. I thought I would try Amazon-FreeVee. It has gazillions of programs. I went through all the trouble to set up a favorites list. it disappeared. So to use the TV I have to scroll endlessly through that list every time, it's pointless. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Returning a TV is too much trouble. Do not buy one of these, I absolutely hate mine, it is useless.

I have the 75 inch one and have been pleased with it. This one arrived a day early which was great because I was off today. Just about all the apps installed. So far so good. Looks like a new one.

I bought this tv back in 2021 and have really enjoyed it. I purchased it for my bedroom and it still works great. I wouldn’t recommend someone buy one in. 2024, because the technology is old and you can find newer tv sets with more up to date technology. I would suggest buying a newer tv and adding a fire stick 4k max for around the same price as this.

I ordered a brand new TV and it died so they sent me refurbished which is ridiculous since my TV was brand new. The refurbished that arrived did not work. It did not have sound. It did not have Bluetooth. It said it had been checked. I don't believe it had been. It was a piece of junk and I sent it back. I don't know why I was sent a refurbished TV to replace a brand new TV but I was not happy and I do not recommend anybody buy a TV especially this type of TV from Amazon because they kept sending me garbage so I'm not buying the TV from them ever again
