About three months after moving from Japan to the United States, I suddenly started experiencing serious skin issues. My skin became extremely dry, rough, and uncomfortable, and nothing seemed to help—until I found this CeraVe Hydrating Toner. In Japan, using a hydrating toner (lotion) is an essential step in skincare, but I had a very hard time finding something similar in the U.S. After trying many products, this toner was exactly what I had been looking for. Despite being very affordable, it provides deep and reliable hydration, and when followed by a moisturizer to seal it in, it perfectly recreates the skincare routine that Japanese skin is used to. I am truly grateful that an American product allows me to maintain this kind of skincare so effectively and at such a great value. The results have been impressive. It actually works better than the $50+ toners I used to use before. The texture is light yet deeply moisturizing, absorbs beautifully, and leaves my skin feeling calm, balanced, and well-prepared for moisturizer. One bottle lasts a surprisingly long time—around six months for me—which makes the cost performance outstanding. Combined with a cream, my skin stays soft, plump, and hydrated, even in a much drier climate.     • Switched from high end toners and never looked back
This is a permanent subscribe and save item for me at this point. I used to spend way more on prestige brand toners thinking the price meant better results. Then I actually compared ingredient lists and realized CeraVe was giving me hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides in one bottle for a fraction of the cost. That was the switch and I haven't gone back. My skin is sensitive and dry and this toner doesn't irritate it at all. No burning, no tightness, no redness after application. The non alcoholic formula makes a huge difference. Most toners strip your skin and leave it feeling raw but this one actually hydrates. My face feels plump and calm after every use. The fragrance free part matters more than people think. I used to break out from toners that smelled great but were loaded with irritants. This has none of that. Just clean effective ingredients that do what they're supposed to do. Non comedogenic means it doesn't clog pores which is exactly what I need since I'm acne prone on top of being dry. It layers well under moisturizer and sunscreen without pilling or feeling heavy. The 6.8 oz bottle lasts a solid amount of time with daily use. This is a great toner that works well with my skin. It doesn’t burn and it actually feels hydrating to my skin. I use it twice daily with no irritation at all. Toner’s usually dry my face out but this one actually does the opposite.

Ive always taken good care of my skin, but at 56 years old my skin has different needs now. I've used other CeraVe products, in the past, and so I trusted trying this toner. This hydrating toner is a game changer for mature, dry skin. It's so hydrating and leaves my face with a beautiful milky glow. I have very sensitive skin, and I've had no issues at all.
