I am very pleased with this diffuser, and I have had probably half a dozen over the years to compare it to. The glow is warm and cozy, although you can easily use it without the light if you prefer. Very quiet, although there is a tiny amount of sound from the water misting, but that can’t be avoided or it wouldn’t be working. I have a loft condo with 20 feet ceilings, and I can smell the oils on the first floor and also when in the loft area, so that’s a good distance. A pleasant, inviting diffuser that I would recommend. (Disclaimer: Because the cover is breakable ceramic, you will have to decide if you want to chance it if you have active kids or curious pets. My household is now pet and kid free, although it wasn’t always, so that’s why I am adding the disclaimer.)

The mister is fine. Not bad looking. The light makes it attractive and it puts out a good amount of mist. ⚠️ I just learned that the majority of essential oils are toxic to cats, even if used in a mister. Check the ASPCA site for a list of safe oils.

It was too big for my requirement , had to return this. UPDATE : Modified my rating because of amazing customer service. They checked about my concern and helped me with slightly smaller diffuser. The diffuser's performance in dispersing essential oils is impressive, filling my room with the chosen fragrance. I particularly appreciate the generous water capacity, allowing for extended use without constant refilling.

This diffuser is so pretty sitting on my nightstand, all of the reviews are right and the pictures are totally accurate. It’s got a lovely warm glow with multiple light settings; the mist comes out strong and no problems with tap water. I only had to use 4 drops of oil to have a wonderful light scent. Highly recommend Eden’s Garden oil blends. It’s super quiet and soothing to have on when reading a book in bed. It sets up easily, the ceramic top just sits on top of the walnut base so do be careful when picking it up. I want to buy the smaller one they have, it’s that nice. It’s worth the price; diffusers at target are the same/more cost and are not nearly as aesthetically pleasing.
