    • Never loved a toilet seat before but I love this one!

The round seat fits my commode perfectly, and so far it’s tight as a drum, not so much as a hint of movement. The whole thing seems very sturdy without being heavy or cumbersome. Looks good too, perfect match. The plastic nuts that attach to the plastic bolts that mount the seat onto the toilet have a little “projectile” on each one. I assume they’re a thumb grip but there wasn’t enough room for the nut to turn against the commode so I had to get rid of the part that stuck out - a lot harder than I thought. Very hard plastic can’t be cut with a utility knife and a saw is too big. A cutting tool such as Dremel might work but I solved the problem rather quickly. I melted the projectile off using a match. If you try this take care not to start a fire, and I held the nut with a pair of pliers for better grip and to avoid any hot plastic. Be very careful not to melt into the nut itself or it’ll ruin the grooves and you won’t be able to use it. Once it melted down close to the nut I took a pair of pliers and broke off the remaining part while it was still hot. It snapped right off with no trouble then the nut was clear to screw onto the bolt. I did both nuts the same way, easy peasy. ... show more

I found this toilet seat easy to install. It's comfortable to sit on and seems to be solidly built. I liked the fact that it came with large hinges and silicone seals that help keep the seat in place. I purchased this seat to replace a broken one on my Gerber toilet. My biggest problem was matching the correct color, not knowing if the CENTOCORE color bone or biscuit was a match. I ended up with the bone color and it looks good. For the price, I'm very pleased with the quality. As it is new, I can't speak to its longevity, but right now, it ticks all the boxes for me. Needed a replacement seat for toilet at my mother's house. This was very solid, affordable and easy to install. And was perfect size to match prior seat. Be careful when lifting the plastic screw covers. They are kind of fragile. I pulled one up to install the plastic screw and it broke off. But it fit back into place with no adhesive and has stayed on. Will purchase again. ... show more

We’ve had this toilet seat for about a couple weeks now and we love it. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and white! We use Clorox wipes on the seat itself to clean as any toilet bowl cleaner is known to be damaging to the enamel. Good & cheap find.

My old toilet seat was cheap thin plastic that yellowed over time and the coating started coming off in some areas, so it was time to replace... The new seat arrived in less than 24 hours, packaged nicely. I've never taken a seat off of a toilet or installed a new one so I was a little nervous, but the whole process of removing the old seat and installing the new one only required one screwdriver and took me literally 10 minutes or less!! The only thing is that it feels like plastic, not wood. It is thick, so I don’t have an issue with it, but I don’t think it’s wood. I guess the test will be when my Aunt comes to visit, since she’s the reason I had to get a new toilet seat in the 1st place. 😂 Other than it doesn’t feel like wood (like it’s advertised), I’m happy with the seat. 😊 It doesn’t bend like those thin plastic toilet seats, &I’m happy with the product for the price I paid for it.
