Was lucky enough to find this when available as a factory refurb I received what appeared to be a brand new top and bottom chest in the original packing all sealed as just delivered to the store. Not a single scratch or issue absolutly perfect. VIP rocked on this one. At 379.00 it was like getting 50% off of an already great price. Do not buy. This is not a Milwaukee product. Item arrived on a pallate in front of my front door. It is very heavy. I had to drag it inside my house. When I got it inside there is a yellow tab that says "Key" between the top drawer and the cabinet frame. Pull that and the key doesnt come out. The plastic tore with me trying to get it open. Look inside and I see a string. So I fish it out w a hanger and sure enough the keys are attached to the string. But the keys are too big to clear the space. I was able to grab them with a needle nose plyers but they still would not fit through the hole. I call Milwaukee and they agree to send me a key. Great except this massive heavy tool chest is in my front hall and I cant move it. The wheels are locked inside the cabinet. So I go to a locksmith who makes me a key for $35 which was worth it to me as we have company coming over and I cant have this massive thing in the doorway. Well... The lock itself is now noted to be defective (see photo) It is turned partway and stuck. The key will not work due to the lock position. I call milwaukee for help for service on the item and they told me "This is not a milwaukee product. We do not make this product. Call home depot". Call home depot and they tell you to call Milwaukee because its their product!! So with a hammer and a screw driver I pound the lock out and get it open (bent the metal cabinetwhile doing so) and I am able to get the wheels on the cabinet. Finally I can get this thing out of my front doorway. I go to put one of the side handles on... No problem except there is not a 2nd side handle! Its missing. I can't believe that 3 separate things are wrong with this cabinet and I am stuck with it. Milwaukee will not support this product. Do not buy. I buy Milwaukee products because they have a great reputation for durability and customer support. This has proven wrong and this will be the last Milwaukee product I ever purchase. Its on Craigslisty now if anyone wants one of these POS cabinets that is now handless, broken out lock, and bent frame. ... show more

For all my needs, I need nothing more nothing less. As advertised and if you're unsure go check one out locally at home depot or similar retailer, if they even have this model. Love the power strips and the roller drawer features.

It's definitely a beautiful box. Durable cerakote finish that's never been damaged at all the 4+yrs I owned it. Great for the more than an occasional weekend diy dad. Professional HD shop abuse NO! My only fault is absolutely trash locks 3 locks 2different keys. 5 yrold with toy screwdriver meets no resistance. Also, the heigth and depth of drawers and quality of sliders. No plier rack will work and NO SOCKET RAIL WILL FIT FRONT TO BACK! Everything sets sideways in order to fit. Lose a lot of space due to these flaws. Large big mid drawer will always catch and not shut properly with any kind of weight. Great value for the money and no regrets on purchase. Professional guys you'll need another box in a year. ... show more
