So I would start saying the first item I ordered was ok... the sound was great but it wouldn't coordinate with my Sony Smart TV. So you would see the mouth moving and the sound after... Frustrating. I called customer service on Amazon and they sent me a new one, that one, 1 bass speaker was not working at all. So I had to return also the second one. Because I compared with others and still liked the bass on this one, I ordered a 3rd one. That one, was the most defective of them all. Basically no speaker worked and the main unit made a very deep indistinguishable sound and white noise. Unfortunately I had to return it too, since Amazon didn't let me exchange it. I was ok with trying to connect the HDMI cable since the Bluetooth doesn't coordinate, so I wanted to order a last one... but the speaker is no longer on sale. At this point I contacted the seller, which told me to just return the speakers or go through the warranty. I already returned them, but I wanted to make sure they sent me a working unit. They said they had no control over it... So maybe, when it gets back on sale... I give it a last try and purchased a 4th one to see if that one is not defective. Sad to say, I know why all gave a nice review on the page. I would've too. Maybe I'll change it if I get to have a working bar. PS. So I went and order a 4th one, to give it a final try. It was totally defective as well, and I am posting a video of it so you can hear it. The customer service was really bad. They could care less that none of the units work, they told me if any issues to contact the warranty with the company, I explained all this and they didn't even respond properly. You get what you pay for. Easy enough set up. The wired speakers suck, so left them attached. The sound is better than the TV speakers. Not the worst I’ve heard, but it’s not a $650 Samsung sound bar either. The hdmi eARC was the easiest. Might have been better with sub. It’s worth the $100 and some change. ... show more
