Super happy with this mattress. We purchased the medium soft 12 inch. I have a Sleep Number bed which is very comfortable but extremely expensive and I was just looking for a twin size bed with similar comfort. The bed is very soft but still gives support so you don't sink into the bed and get hot. Outstanding mattresses! Absolutely amazing quality! Not to firm and not to soft, it has helped with my rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis pains, so good in fact I purchased two of them both king size for our bedroom and one for our guest room! The one in the master bedroom is on an adjustable base (motorized) and the one in our guest room is on a platform base! It’s soft enough to form around you but still being firm enough to please! This company has it right! Both mattress’s are the 12” medium/soft ! I highly recommended! I was amazed that I purchased a metal platform frame and two mattresses for less $800.00 compared to these other top brands you see advertised for $4,000 or more when they make their mattresses the exact same way! Another plus it does what exactly what they mentioned, it truly sleeps cool! No more night sweats! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The best part is with sleeping on zero gravity mode on our adjustable frame when we get up in the mornings you can actually see it come right back to showroom new! Already been sleeping on this mattress for one month! No sagging nothing!!! Do not hesitate! Seems well made. Is softer than what it replaced but still not as soft as my original tempurpedic, unfortunately. Recommend for those that want a mattress that forms fairly well to your body. Puppies love it too.

I LOVE THIS BED! i don’t typically write reviews on amazon, however, this bed was truly one of the best things i’ve ever bought. i bought the split king, and my boyfriend and i have never slept better! the most appealing thing is that there are no thick seams around the edges, which allows us to lay over the middle more comfortably, it doesn’t feel like there is as much of a division. i got the 12” and it feels so soft yet firm enough that i don’t completely sink into the bed when i’m laying down. that being said, the only negative thing i have to say about it is that if i sit on the very edge at the foot of the bed, i do sink quite a bit, which is a very tiny inconvenience when i’m getting ready in the morning. overall, for the price, i would buy this bed again for my guest room and recommend it to anyone i know looking for a new, comfortable, and affordable bed! ... show more

DON’T BUY! See details: This bed felt great at first but compressed within a month and a half. We bought two, the queen size did not compress like this. So the king size was defective. Then when I tried to make a claim, they want photos with a straight pole, but the fabric on the bed disguises the amount of compression. So they don’t hold up to their guarantee. I said it is uncomfortable and defective. I started the claim within the 120 days and they will not honor it and want me to PAY THEM a prorated amount to replace their defective bed, even though I also now get no replacement, no refund, and have to pay for disposal. I am reporting this company to Amazon and my bank. (Bought in September, claim began in November 2025) ... show more

Fantastic Matress, quality is excellent. Med soft/ very comfortable. It came shrink wrapped in a box, took full size size almost immediately. The best part/ no chemical smell. Matress is just as pictured. I would buy another without reservation.
