I like the bed, and it is comfortable. What I am upset about is that I seem to have a used frame. The wheels are dirty and there are other scratches and such on the frame. The mattress itself is new, I think. It came vacuum sealed so I'm making an assumption. I have a long-term use for the bed so also purchased separately a memory foam mattress topper. Also, assembly wasn't too bad. If I can figure it out anyone can. It's not as complicated as it seems when you first take everything out of the box. Very pleased with this product..frame is sturdy..full size mattress is comfortable..and reasonably priced. I am using it in a small guest room..the best part is that it is very easy to fold up..put the dust cover on..and roll it into the closet!👍
