The bed is very sturdy. It took two of us 3 hours to assemble it. Some of the parts were mis-labeled, so we had to figure out what went where, that took some time. We didn't realize how heavy the bottom piece is. You actually have to lift the bottom half of the bed and put it on top to make the top part of the cabinet, it doesn't unfold, it's very heavy and takes two people to lift it up and down, if you just need the bed every now and then, it's ok. Its advertised as being on wheels, but the only wheels we got for it was for the drawers, so put it where you want it, because it's heavy. The power supply came broken, which isn't a surprise because the boxes were very beat up, I'm surprised the rest of it was ok.... we contacted customer service and received a quick response. They offered 10.00 off, but will not replace the power supply, which I needed. The mattress is ok, it needs a topper or thick pad, but it fits nicely in the cabinet, the drawer is nice for storing sheets, but it isn't attached to the cabinet at all, it rolls out independantly, and is actually part of the support for the middle of the bed so the drawer must be open half way if the bed is out. Over all it looks ok, it's sturdy, customer service response was good, and they send a bag of spare screws and things in case. The cons are how heavy the bottom part is to lift up and down, the broken power supply, and the mis-labeled parts.

Quality item. Very heavy and study. Put together with my adult daughter. The hardest part was when two parts were mislabeled. Tried calling the company and got a disconnected number and never got a response from my email. We figured out the mislabeling so all worked out in the end. It definitely takes two people to remove the top piece and replace it. The mattress needs a topper. With all that being said I’d definitely buy it again. Just what I needed for my spare room.
