I went through a ton of reviews when ordering a couch online, so I will add my take. Buying a couch online is a bit scary, I think, but overall, I am glad I did. I bought a couch online because I live in a small town with no furniture store and I think the prices in general are better. Even the stores that are an hour away from me, have less selection online than Amazon and none had a style I liked in blue. So rather than traveling to go shop at 3 or 4 stores, I just click the blue color on the search engine and had a number of blue couches to chose from. What I was worried about most was comfort and quality. Many of the couches are made in the same place and I think the quality of this couch is pretty good. The legs are made of plastic and have a felt pad stuck on the bottom. This is fine for what I want to use the couch for. They just screw in, so I supposed if one wanted to change them, that should be a fairly easy process. To be honest, a couch is a little bit of frame and a lot of padding and cloth. The frame is solid enough. No wiggly or squeaky pieces. The chenille fabric is thick and somewhat textured. It has a bit of a striped texture, close up. From further away, it looks like crushed velvet. The color is a deep sapphire blue. The stitching, zippers and velcro are are done well. Then there is the padding, which effects the comfort. This is where I take off a star. Nearly all the couches I looked at online have a very low back. This one had a few inches more than the ones I was comparing it too. The back is just a frame with cloth - no padding. There are two large pillows and two small pillows that sit in front of the frame. The big pillows hold a rectangle of foam, about two inches thick. It is medium hardness and doesn't fluff. Using those alone, the couch is not all that comfortable on the back, as you have to sit up straight and you can't mold the pillow. Putting the little pillow in front of it, does increase comfort considerably, as it supplies some lower back support and makes the couch bearable. When I am sitting on the couch, I place the big pillows at more of an angle, as that makes it more comfortable for me. Of course, when I get off, I have to straighten the pillows to make it look neat. I have also added two down throw pillows and these also make sitting on the couch more comfy. The padding on the seat is very nice and comfortable. There is some padding on the arm rests (which zip and velco on so they don't move) which are angled and quite comfortable to take a nap on, which I ended up doing the first day. There also is plenty of the firm padding on the ottomans and comfortable too, to rest my legs on. All in all the couch is pretty comfortable, the weak area is the back, but it can be made comfortable fairly easily. I have a foster dog that drools and has already drooled on the couch. Easy clean up with a wet cloth. There are zippers on the covers to remove and clean them in the washer if needed, which I have not done yet. My three boxes all arrived on the same day, which everything intact. The boxes where easy to move from my front doorstep into the house and I am a retired lady. I unpacked the boxes downstairs and hauled the pieces up individually up the stairs. None were heavy. It took my maybe 2 hours to put the couch together by myself. Taking the boxes and removing packaging took up about half the time. The couch was easy to assemble as it is mostly cushions. Put the legs on, connect the arms, then connect the two pieces, slide in the backing and bolt it in, then throw on cushions. All you have to do with the ottomans is put on legs and then cushions. The instructions are in color and all the pieces are lettered and numbered. Would I buy this again for this price and have it arrive at my door. Yes. What I would change if I could would be raise the back of the couch a bit and put some padding on top to lay my head back on. I would put foam on the back, and then foam pieces or something more fluffy and conforming the pillows to make them more comfortable. If my review changes, I will update this review. I am curious myself to see how this couch holds up.

I love this couch! Very good quality very comfortable easy to assemble. The only thing I would say is to make the Ottoman separate pieces that you could order like 12 or three instead of including them only with couches or a chair I want three more Ottomans and I can’t figure out how to get them.
