I just received my machine today and it came very well packaged thank you so much for that it really did matter to me. I did give it a try if you have never used cavitation ever before just a warning you will hear a ringing inside of you very loud because it literally creates vibration that penetrate into your body. Compared to invasive procedures this is nothing, you really don't feel pain with the cavitation wand. Just make sure you put ultrasound gel preferably or else you will begin to slightly feel an uncomfortable feeling on your skin. Otherwise you should have no reason to feel any pain whatsoever. Pay attention to each chord the pins, how many it has with each corresponding whole because if you don't match it up correctly it's not going to work and it won't go in anyways. The laser pads for the face you really have to pay attention to where it goes based on the manual it goes right under the 40K cavitation insert and unfortunately the manual is not accurate in representing that, everything's like flipped over backwards. The with RF vacuum please take note that there is a dial turner at the back that you can turn it to your comfort of how much suction force you want to experience. I didn't know that and I guess it was on pretty high and it was a weird experience all I can tell you that it look like I was tearing my stomach out lol. But once I dialed it to the correct amount that I loved it was a great experience also you have settings on the screen as well the ones going horizontal have to do with the intensity of the RF, and the ones going vertical have to do with the pattern of suction that you want. If you put both settings all the way on high it's just going to be a continual suction. If you put it more towards the low for both it's going to do it in pulses. Definitely like other people have noted here I've experienced it as well with this machine my machine does not have holes so for the LED pad holder, I could not hook it up but if this happens to you you can do the option that I did which is I use command strips and I also used headbands and I basically just like a belt I put hook them onto the pipes that stick up from the top of the machine that you put on, and that its holding up pretty well without drilling any holes. Overall I must say this is an absolutely decent machine. I t's worth the purchase. Just take note that you need to do your part as well, it matters in your technique, do your research so that you can get the best results. ... show more

I was doing this at professionals for a ton of money last year. It loved the results! It works. Then this year I bought the machine last month for a fraction of what I paid in the Medspa who’s almost professional grade laser strength and after the first try again I saw results. I don’t know if it’s me but I see it. And feel it in my clothes. I need to lose 10 lbs not a lot I guess but a lot when you can’t fit into all your clothes! My friends are all begging me to use it on them. It breakup fat cells. It tightens and help excrete far through lymphatic drainage. Obviously, it works better with diet and exercise. However, I don’t wan to do that! HAHA! Once snatching goals are reached I’ll use it for maintenance. Don’t be intimidated lots of YouTube videos out there explaining how to do it!! ... show more

The New Kim Slimming System saves you time and money because eventually the machine pays for itself. Laser lipolysis cost around $140 per 30 minute session. I have used the New Kim 8 Slimming laser lipo setting for several hour long sessions. So if you do the math the machine has paid for itself. The New Kim 8 Slimming System is a great investment!
