Worked good on my cauliflower ear. It kept coming back but after using these magnets, I didn’t have to get the fluid sucked out of my ear anymore. I wore them for hours until it started bothering me (pretty much all day and before bedtime). Took them off when I went to bed. Then wore them again the next day. If you do jiu jitsu or wrestle, these are good to have around. You don’t use them a lot but you got them when you need them. There’s a couple different sizes in there package. These things definitely made a difference in just 1 week. I had a keloid removed about 3week earlier and scar was not seemingly healing from the inside, while leave another raised scar. These things not only flatten the scar but has seemingly healed the scar on the inside. The magnets are extremely strong and the come with these little pad to lessen the pressure if needed. I wish they had something you grab in order to help remove the magnets. They can be painful when trying to take them off. I also wish they had a hole for an earring after a piercing. ... show more

Works really well. The top part of my ear was injured and filled up. It hurt and I didn't want it to heal extra thick. I had my ear drained (by a nurse) then used the magnets. My ear stuck out a bit extra while the magnets were on, but it want back to normal after it was healed. I used the bigger magnets. They stuck pretty strong, but if my ear hurt too much I'd move the magnets over slightly to reduce the discomfort. Definitely worth not having cauliflower ear! ... show more

Edited to add: After my husband's ear injury, he put these on for a day, went to the clinic for a better fix since it was getting pretty bad, and the ENT was impressed by how well these worked at keeping the swelling at bay. Original review: These are very strong magnets, come in a neat little case that fit in any gym bag, and perform just as well as certain products twice the price. They come with pressure adjusters just in case the magnets are too strong for comfort. If you do Jiu Jitsu or wrestle, get these before you need them! ... show more

I was expecting more strength out of these magnets. They barely put any pressure on swollen parts of the year. I really wanted them to work, but unfortunately they’re not that great.
