I bought this for my elderly father, who is always cold and cannot risk being under blankets in case he forgets they're there and trips over them. This blanket cape is soft and thick, fully lined with sherpa, and the buttons are big enough for him to manage himself. It's short enough that there's no danger he'll trip over it. He doesn't have to twist around to put his arms through sleeves like a jacket or robe - he can just pull it over his shoulders and then put his arms in from the inside if he wants.
