Received the cables and I'm totally happy with them! I ordered 3 to replace all my cat6 cables. And boy what a difference. My internet speed went from 600~700 to 926~950 Mbps! I checked my speed for the last few days and at different times of the day with the same results. The cables seem to be of high quality and even come with sturdy plastic caps to protect the connectors. I don't game or use these cables outside so how they will perform in those conditions I really don't know. I gave them 5 stars based on the speed increase I have seen. If you're using cat6 you might want to consider these cables as a replacement. I sure am glad I did! And the price is even more compelling!

We just moved into a new home and I needed to run network cable. I'm taking the opportunity to run cable that will last for a long time. I have the fios 1 gig synchronous plan and want to make sure we have all the bandwidth available. I'm upgrading to 10 gig switches and network interface cards. The cable quality is very good. I do not have a cable tester, however they have been been preforming very well with 10 gig and 1 gig connections. I look forward to the day when I am able to upgrade beyond 10 gig and not need to replace the cable in the attic and crawl space!

The fastest ethernet cables the local stores had was CAT-6, so I just assumed that was still the best. Then I thought, “lemme just check Amazon…” WHOA! Couldn’t believe they had ultra high speed CAT-8 cables. Incredible transmission speed for our devices.

After opening the package and inspecting the cable - I noted the diameter of this direct burial cable looked smaller than what I have purchased in the past. I checked my other direct burial cable and it is 24 AWG and the one just received is 26 AWG (higher the number the smaller the AWG) I'm hoping it does not make a difference with the outdoor wireless bridge I am installing. I'm shooting a signal 300-yards and hopefully will receive a good signal for the security system of this outbuilding. Time will tell if the cable will hold up to weather & UV light as this cable installation will be exposed to the elements.

The cable worked perfectly fine the moment I set it up with the adapter I bought it with, the texture denotes good resitance and thickness, asuring it is indeed a armored. The cable comes in a nice package, it has protective accesories to prevent the connectors on both ends from damaging when stored, it has the necesary moorings to hold it together and store it back inside the back. So far so good, I recommend this product, will see overtime how it performs under prolonged use, the only inconvenient I had was waiting 1 month for it to arrive due to customs paperwork delays, otherwise shipment is of quality.
