I worked close to jewelry for years, let me tell you these prongs are made very nicely! You can see a lot of rings there having sharp edges, which eventually would scratch your finger, collect moist under channeling etc. This setting is smooth, holes are drilled not too deep, prongs are holding stones tight. The media could not be loaded. Update: I went to my mothers and compared our rings, hers is a real mined Diamond, 2ct. In person there was literally no difference other than mine having more fire (rainbow effect) hers did have multiple colors reflect as well just not as strong. She was a jeweler years ago and she was amazed at the quality and said to her naked eye she would not have known, she said she now wants to get one as a vacation ring. I’ve attached additional photos and a video of our rings. (Hers has a halo) I love jewelry but I will never allow my husband pay thousands for a mined Diamond ring- I would rather get a handbag 😅 we’ve been thinking of purchasing a lab created Diamond but before we spend the money I wanted to try different cuts and band colors out to see what I like best, I purchased multiple sets from modern gents and all were beautiful and I felt like I was ready to decide on a lab created in round cut but then I happen to come across this ring and was so surprised by the reviews and the price I had to try it. I purchased the 3ct in size 12, the 4 was out of stock, although now that it is back in stock I am debating on snagging one. I have large hands, and it’s hard to find rings that fit well and look proportional. I was skeptical that this was true moissanite with the price being so low but it definitely appears to be. It has an ever so slight yellow hue, not noticeable until next to my modern gent ring. But it looks like stone and not like glass like the cz. That was the one thing that always really bugged me. It’s super sparkly, but the fire is very vibrant and colorful which I feel does give it away with not being a true Diamond, but I truly feel that doesn’t mean as much as it used to. I wouldn’t be able to tell this apart from a $3k moissanite. It’s heavier than my cz but not as heavy as a Diamond ring. But who will be holding it for you? The band feels sturdy, and I love that it is on the thicker side. I don’t wear it when I shower or was my hands and I polish it with the cloth provided everyday. I do wish it was solid gold though. And I wish it came in rose gold. I can’t really think of any negatives other than the prongs so catch on hair and clothing at times. But that’s really it. It’s a great deal. And I’d choose it over modern gents any day even though this doesn’t come with the same lifetime warranty. I still would like to get the lab Diamond at some point but I love this ring so much I want to enjoy it for awhile first, maybe get another bag in the meantime ha. 🤭 ... show more

After finally getting the size right (first too big, then too small) the sizing chart didn’t work for me. I will say this ring is beautiful, the ‘brilliance and fire’ mentioned by reviewers is accurate. This was purchased while my original ring setting is being replaced. I actually like this one better. It’s worn daily, and has been in water, suds, lotions and has not faded or been damaged. The ring is durable and appears like the real deal. Glad I came across this type of stone and brand. One complaint is that when returning 2 of the 3 rings purchased I was only credited for one. But, that’s a customer service issue. ... show more

Got this ring as a travel/work ring so I don’t lose or damage my actual engagement ring. Band size is true to size and stone sparkles very nicely. Haven’t worn it long enough to notice any discoloring or out-of-the-norm tarnishing. Only critique is that the stone is not a true 2ct. My actual engagement ring is 2.05ct and there is a notable size difference next to each other (this ring being smaller- the bottom ring in picture). Not the biggest deal to me for the purpose I wear it for, however that may be something you may want to keep in mind if it’s important to you. Update: I have worn this for about 2 weeks straight and it is still great but the plating is starting to wear off already. Not a big deal for me but some might mind. I ordered this because I lost my actual wedding ring and this one is so pretty and great quality for the price. I read a review that made my decision that said she did not handle it with gentle care, and that sold me. Between the busy life and baths and showers and sports, I hope it holds up. Absolutely love this 1.5ct oval solitaire moissanite engagement ring. The stone is incredibly clear, the size is PERFECT—not too big and not too small, the ring size is spot on to my normal ring size, the inside of the band feels like a comfort fit band and the packaging was *chefs kiss*! The GRA card provided showed detail specs of the stone and it came double wrapped in 2 small baggies inside of a ring box with a really big cleaning cloth and a ring size finder as well.
