After reading the reviews I sized down and purchased a size 6, my usual size is a 6.5 and sometimes 7 (depending on the shoe/brand) at first they seem a bit tight and you may have to wrestle to get them off sometimes but once you break them in after a week or so they are amazing! They did hurt slightly in some areas but I wasn't used to wearing steel toe boots at all, but now that I'm used to them I couldn't imagine wearing anything else! I really like them! My feet never hurt after my 8-9 hour shift even though I'm on my feet all day great purchase!! Will be wearing these for awhile!

My feet have never been as mangled as they currently are after wearing these boots for just two days. There is a hard ridge in the back that rubbed my heels totally raw, and my toes are also blistered. The other reviewers aren’t lying when they say these run large; I sized down and they’re still too big. Also, the stitching is already falling apart on the sides. All this after two 8 hour days wearing them.

I haven't even worn them a full day, so I may update my review. But I felt like I needed to give a review from what I can say anyway. In terms of functionality, the boots seem great. They feel well-built and durable. I put them on and was quite satisfied with the comfortability - they don't even seem like they would need any breaking in. They could probably do with some insoles, however, for a bit if cushion. Really, it was difficult to even pick out all the positives after I opened the box initially. I hate to be nit-picky, but it's very disappointing to open a box and see your product doesn't even look new.... both boots are very noticably scuffed. One looks like it was scraped against something on the top of the toe. It makes me wonder how they will look after a day of actual wear. I'm considering returning....

I'm writing this review namely to help people out with sizing: if you're the type of person who gets annoyed at reviews that say "order a size bigger!" without giving any more specifics, I feel you, and this is for you. I actually measured my foot so these are real numbers: from the tip of my longest toe to the edge of my heel, my foot is 10" long. At the widest point (the width of the ball of my foot), it measures 3 ¼" wide. I got a size 8 regular, and there is a little more than ¼" of space, both in front and on the sides, of the toe box while wearing medium-thickness socks. I have not worn the boots for any appreciable amount of time, my review is so far based purely on the fact that they fit true to size. If you're a size 8 in most boots, or you have similar measurements to mine, you'll probably be fine in a size 8. I may update this review if I note anything bad about them, but if you see this review 6+ months from now and it hasn't been updated, that means I've been happy with them and the 5 star rating holds true to my experience.

I work at an auto sales shop and wow, these boots are great! They work well to protect your feet from sharp debris in gravel. They are flexible and comfortable enough for prolonged standing/walking. It is worth the price. The steel toe is sturdy and protective as well. I highly recommend these boots. (They are also stylish which is a bonus ;D )
