Product Care Instructions: About screw Our nuts are embedded, so before installation, we need to insert the nuts into the screw holes and then rotate the screws to install them., About suction cup we need to soak the suction cup in hot water to soften it, exhaust all gas, clean the window, and then attach the suction cup to the window. Let it sit for 24 hours before letting the cat go up, otherwise the suction cup may not be able to attach to the window due to internal gas and water stains. See more

I rarely write reviews but wanted to do so for this...because I love it.... but more importantly, my cats love it! We bought it to stick in our camper so the cats could enjoy the views of nature, and it has not disappointed. I followed the directions to soak the suction cups for 5 minutes in hot water, then promptly forgot about them, so they soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, then in probably tepid water for another 15. However, I dried them off, attached them to the bed, then stuck it to the window where it latched right on and felt super study. Piece of cake! The cats immediately loved it, and I now find one or the other in there most of the time. I love that it folds up so I can leave it on the window and pull the shade down when we need some privacy. It was easy to put together, is soft and comfy feeling, and the material seems very sturdy. ... show more

I am so glad I bought this! I wanted some thing to replace a huge cat tree that the cats barely used. I initially started with us on the downstairs window. It was super easy to put together, and I attached it easily to the window following the directions. It stuck to the window, so well, I was a little worried about moving it, because the cats weren't using it in the downstairs. Following the directions, I was able to easily just attach it from the window and re-attach it to an upstairs window where the cats use it all the time. I love that it folds up and I can close my curtains completely at bedtime. The cats love to lay in it and soak up the sun. I assume it is comfortable because they love to lay in it. Definitely worth the money! I will probably be buying another one since both cats seem to like it. The cat in the picture is pretty hefty. I would say close to 15 pounds or more. So, if you also have a chunky cat, this is a good purchase. ... show more

We've had this in the window now for several months. The cat loves it (occasionally). Build seems to be pretty sturdy. Install was easy and non-invasive. Cat has periods where he uses it a lot, and then leaves it alone for weeks on end. Overall, I'd say it was a good buy.

This is wonderful. My cats love rolling around in it. This only gets four stars because when I had to remove the cat hammock during a deep clean of my office the suction cups have never really stuck the same since. Thankfully it's only one that comes off on a top corner now and then, so it's easy to reapply to the window, but I didn't have these issues before I removed them the first time. ... show more

Our cats LOVE it! It's also got extremely strong suction cups and hasn't fallen once, even with our chonky orange cat jumping in.
