Product Care Instructions: About screw Our nuts are embedded, so before installation, we need to insert the nuts into the screw holes and then rotate the screws to install them., About suction cup we need to soak the suction cup in hot water to soften it, exhaust all gas, clean the window, and then attach the suction cup to the window. Let it sit for 24 hours before letting the cat go up, otherwise the suction cup may not be able to attach to the window due to internal gas and water stains. See more
