I'm having a blast with infusible ink. These fine-point markers are great when you want your Cricut to draw the outlines so you can color them in. I also bought the 1.0 markers (locally) and used those to fill in the outlines, by hand. It is a tedious and time consuming process, but the result is so fun! I will say that if you want to really get into sublimation, then buying a printer is the way to go. I may do that eventually, but in the meantime, I'm just experimenting with the markers. The photos I have included in this review are a combination of these .4 markers for the outlines and the 1.0 markers to fill-in. The black marker in this pack ran out, as I used it a lot to make outlines. In hindsight, buying just black .4 markers might have been a better idea, but I did use the other colors for the tiny letters on my heart shirt. I have since ordered more black .4 markers. Tip: If you have a larger area to fill in, it's hard to get a really smooth result coloring by hand. You can set your Cricut to fill that area in mechanically by using the 1.0 marker in that area, and by slicing a hatch pattern over the larger space. You can see this effect by looking at the inner section of the circle on the "Hey Jude" onesie in my pics. I also used this technique for the inner portions of the Totoro creatures on another shirt. Those areas were not colored in by hand. They were filled in with my Cricut. Search for hatch fill patterns online. There are some tutorials available as well, to show how to slice your hatch pattern onto your design. Tip: The markers can be a bit messy (especially the 1.0 markers). They can end up leaving tiny little spots over the empty areas of your design. If that bothers you (as it does for me), you can take tiny pieces of heat-resistant tape and carefully place them over the spots. That will keep the errors from transferring to your design. these are perfect fine tip markers for sublimation art. i use them on my tumbler in spots that need a touch up after pressing. the black is the darkest black ive used. i always have these close by when working with sublimation. they have saved many projects that just didnt press perfectly, these make them perfect!! and they last for a long time. ... show more
