They give you a little piece of paper for instructions, and expect you to know how everything is labeled when there is nothing labeled. Holes are inconsistent with the instruction picture. And the part that has the bed is basically a piece of wood they lay on very uncomfortable. If you’re going to sell a product, make sure you at least label things so people know how to put it together along with the instructions. Don’t just expect people to be mind readers. Yeah, it came with a piece of paper as instructions, but as far as the parts, nothing was labeled!!! Bed & “condo” are extremely small made for a kitten (not an adult cat.) but even if my adult cat wanted to curl up in a little ball on the top bed, it’s extremely hard like I said, it’s basically a piece of wood he would be laying on. ... show more

I bought this specifically because the video showed all the parts just dropping in. It's not drop-in. There are dozens of screws and other small fasteners needed to put it together -- if you can. Holes were misaligned. The instructions are a joke. It took two handymen over 3 hours to assemble. I had to pay them to do it. I hope it was not in vain; so far, my cat hasn't gone near it. I hope that's not her opinion of the quality. I won't buy from this manufacturer again. ... show more

    • PIECES MISSING - INSTRUCTIONS TOO VAGUE

No written instructions - only pictures, but none of the pieces are marked, so you have to guess which piece is what based on the illustration and the picture "list" of what is included. According to the list, I was missing pieces, and after trying to assemble, I'm sure that's the case. One of the posts was shorter than all the rest so wouldn't work. The screws it said to use for the upper tier were too small (would slide in and out and not stay). Lastly, the construction didn't seem very sturdy and pieces of the material seemed to be pulling away from the posts. Very disappointed. ... show more
