I have 6 month, 8 year, and 16 year old cats. They absolutely LOVE this wand and the variety of lures! They have a few different wands without interchangeable lures but none have gotten them moving as well as this. My youngest is always active, but he's obsessed with catching and "killing" this toy. He won't leave it alone until I put it away. My 8 year old is a little plump and it's been a while since she did flips, but now she's performing acrobatics. My 16 year old was never an enthusiastic toy chaser, and even less so in her senior years. She is diving at the lures along with the youngest cat and I'm thrilled to see her more active. First thing, I suggest replacing the fishing line. It was too easy to chew on or break so I replaced it with string I had on hand. Second thing, my cat is O B S E S S E D with this toy! It's not all that sturdy, but he's more of a chaser than a grabber. He will literally drag this thing up and down the stairs depending on where the humans are. In these pictures he's begging me to play with him It has a super far reach, though, and I love the different attachments. Personally, it was cheap and my kitty adores it, so it was worth it for me! ... show more

    • Great toy for cats of all ages!! Just take the eyes off of the worm!!
I received this about 4 days ago & it is already broken. The illusion of the fishing line is a great idea but my cat chewed right through it. I’m going to buy some more line to fix it for him because he loves this toy so much! My cat is 4 years old & loved the worm most of all but he got the eyes off & was choking on them which scared me half to death!! My advice, take them off before letting them play with it. Especially for kittens! Other than that this was not too bad price wise, even though it didn’t even last a week 😂 I will fix it for him rather than searching for a new toy to buy him because he loved all of the attachments. UPDATE: While Tiger was waiting on me to fix the line he got into the toy bag which was hidden in a storage box (I have no idea how he did that) but he proceeded to rip the loops open so I may have to just buy him a new one unless I can tie these tiny loops back together. I had to take the worm away to try to tie the loop & he did not like that at all, he loves that thing. I tied it on an old kite string so he could still play with it until I could get some new fishing line but I guess he didn’t want that string on it. ... show more

    • Broke in 2 days but cat loves it
Cat loves the toy and this broke where I didn’t expect it to, the wand. It snapped in two and the fiberglass keeps getting in my hand. Kitty still drags it around wanting to play.

My cats LOVE this toy. I purchased it because it was very good deal. I have young kittens so I wasn’t sure what they would like most. The plastic cord creates a floating lightness to the toys that caught the cats attention the way other toys hadn’t. The attachments are sturdy and last months even with daily playing. Out of all the toys i bought her, she goes crazy with this one. I'm glad this was a prime day deal, because if I had paid any more for it I would be far more upset. My cat was able to chew through the clear fishing wire within minutes of me opening and trying the toy out. I had to tie the string back together the first time and again when he bit it in half a second time, I gave up after the 3rd time he bit the string in two. Also two of the five attachments fell apart when he caught them. I'd recommend redesigning this with an elastic string instead, until then I recommend other potential buyers go for a less cheaply made option with less threat to the health and safety of your pet. ... show more
