This is my first day of installation so I'm reviewing based off the products quality not my cats use. Firstly, obsessed with paw shape. Beautiful! Second, the brackets underneath the paws were a must and we went ahead and wood glued the paws to the base to be extra sturdy. It was very easy to install! I also love the size it's perfect for my largest cat. I did have to removed the fluffy bed from the largest railed shelf but I'm appreciate having an extra fluffy bed for them to lay in. I felt I got Alot for my money and I am very satisfied with the visual aesthetics and my cats ability to escape from the dogs when they happen to startle them. I would buy more! Thank you for making a high quality product with large enough surfaces for my cats to perch and lay. I had no issues with my plaster walls.

Put them up on the wall for a while. Now they are down. Need to think of the size of the cat on any of the wall boards. I have 2 big boys and they said no way to the small steps. Nice quality.

The rail comes preinstalled, which prevents you from easily screwing in the top screws. Getting accurate placement for all the wall anchors is tricky because a pencil did not fit through the holes. So I had to drill screws into the wall with a level on the shelf and then remove them, make pilot holes, then reattach. This isn’t in the instructions. The anchors for hollow wall broke when I was trying to insert them, so I used an alternative. The pre-attached rail with dowels is leaning at an angle and the felt isn’t that “exquisite”. However, I do think it will serve its purpose and allow my kitties a place to perch. I am hoping to add more to this area of the wall.

Ok, so the wood is barely a step above balsa (fyi, balsa wood is pretty much just a step up from paper maché). This would actually be fine if they hadn't also cheaped out with the screws. These darn screws are woefully inadequate and I promise, you WILL break some of them during installation should you choose to buy this item. But hey! They DO give you several extra screws. They do so because they surely know that these are terrible. Makes me wonder why they couldn't go ahead and splurge the extra ~1/8th of a penny per unit for better hardware. Are the profit margins in the feline wall-furniture hustle SO thin that we must suffer such atrocities? Tbh, this is the worst "1st-world problem" I encountered before brunch today. Who can handle such stress? Seriously, though...for the price, better materials are certainly an order. Don't buy this. Also, tell your kitty that I said, "Psp psp psp psp!" (they'll know what I meant)

Very cheep quality. It looks ok but the build quality and hardware is bottom tier and the design of how it mounts does not support a sturdy fixture to the wall. The main landing is sturdy enough but could use some reinforcement for larger cats and the steps are pretty flimsy only being supported by the two small screws they provide. It is a usable product but you need to replace all the hardware they sent with better stuff (the hardware on the right is what they sent and on the left is what I used.) replacing that made a huge difference. If you have a large cat it still may require brackets to reinforce it. Also the railing on the main platform was very loose when I got it and I was able to pull it off with almost no effort and I had re-glue it back in place. The long and short of it is you need to be able to diy a little to make it worth anything and if you have the tools you could probably make a better version pretty easily.

Absolute was worth of the buy , very sturdy and well built , my cat weighs 13lbs and she just loves them so I'm happy and pleased with this item the stairs are where there's plenty of space for to climb on incase cat doesn't have good balance jumping onto places this is good sized step set for them.Very easy to assemble,I'd highly recommend this item to those of you are wanting to try treat fur baby special to as they deserve to be.. pillow is fluffy but my fur baby didn't want to hop onto the bed until I removed the pillow she's very happy with her set.. baby girl happy I'm happy 😊 😃 definitely worth the buy !!
