Used on a Festool Track Saw. Product adhesion is adequate. When I cut with track saw to make cut line, product did not cut clean and seemed to melt. Slowed speed on saw and cut again - not much better. Took three passes to get a useable cut line. Still was not clean. Product is being returned. I will spend the additional money for the Festool OEM splinter guard.

I wanted to love this, as I replace these often on my Festool rails maybe in cold weather they work better? but these are too soft, could not even get a clean cut on them I guess only festool and Makita makes solid ones that are reliable... I can not recommend this product after the time I wasted trying to make these work... I hope the maker gets it right, as the Festool versions are quite coslty....

This product works as intended. It hasn't falling off at all. But my grip with this is that when I first cut off the initial pass it got hot that it melted unevenly. I don't like that. It doesn't look consistent. But it works well so far no major issues. But let's hope

The ends of the original splinter guard started lifting and needed replacement. Removed the old splinter guard, cleaned surface and applied this replacement. Seemed to adhere quite well. No complaints in the first few uses.
