Every year for the past 5 years my work pays for me a new pair of shoes. Last year I got a pair of these and they were by far the BEST work shoes I've ever tried, so I got them again this year Comfortable and durable and warm, I also have weak ankles due to a hip issue and these help with support. I didn't realize my work shoes could actually be comfortable and not hurt my feet until I broke these in. I do have two complaints. The fabric in the heel is the dumbest thing ever. There is a seam right behind your heel. Worse design ever. After your feet get used to it then it won't bother you. It's incredibly annoying until you hit that point. Also, there's not anything, it seems like, between the steel toes and your foot. I've ruined every single pair of bamboo socks I own wearing these. You have to wear THICK socks. Super lightweight, supports the ankles and they are super cute. I work 12 hour days in extrusion and these are my new go to. Even the break in was smooth, there is plenty of room for the tootsies in there. 10/10 would recommend for the working ladies.

I don't know how a shoe can both be too big and too small at the same time, but here we are. I wear a 10, 10.5 normal width in most shoes. I bought a 10 wide and not only are they too tight across the ball of my foot but there's like an extra half inch in front of my toe. Also the arch doesn't hit right and I have pretty low arches but they're not touching anything in this boot. ... show more

    • Not good for cankles
The reviews confused me greatly. I normally wear 7.5 wide shoes, and currently wear sketchers steel toe sneakers in that size. I went with a 7 wide for these boots. When the boot was on my foot, the foot part fit great. Good toe box, great width, great arch support. However, the part that comes up the (c)ankle was way too small. When I put on shoes normally, I only have to loosen the first and second row of the laces (if that makes sense). With these boots, I had to loosen EVERY row. And when I did get my foot in, it was really hard to adjust the tightness to fit my large ankles. Which is to say, I'm aware that I have extremely large calves that meld into my also large ankle area. If you have normal ankles, I'm sure these are perfect. The boots were wonderfully packaged, look durable and seem to be a fantastic quality. I just don't think they're made for people with cankles. And I think if I went a size up to fit my ankle area, then the foot part of the boot would be too loose. ... show more
