We are fortunate that our dog Buddy is still with us, so I thought this would be a sweet keepsake for us. It took a little trial and error to get the hair in the key chain, but I was able to gather hair from Buddy using our Cat brush then I used a skewer to push it in the small hole. I'm sure a toothpick would also work well. Overall it makes a really cute gift for anyone who loves their pet. I took off just one star because I don't like when the picture looks like there are multiple items included. It was ultimately my fault for not reading closer at first, but I think the picture should just show the one that is included. ... show more

This is the cutest thing ever! Thick plastic. Large gold-colored metal ring that screws together, enabling you to securely hang this a variety of places if you wish. Be careful when opening the bag the bottle is in, as the plug that goes in the bottom of the cat is loose in the bag. I didn't see it first and very easily could have lost it. I just thought the bottom of the cat was supposed to be open, but I was very glad to see the plug!
