Very happy with the quality and design of the bag. It feels well made with good materials, the zippers all work well, and the straps and handle are secure. Both ends open as well as a top hatch, and the little pad it comes with is nice to have, especially if the cat decides to pee while being scared out of their mind in the car. Great price for a convenient carrier! I have large cats (around 18 lbs) and they were very comfortable in these. It is sturdy, material thickness is good, very well made with sturdy zippers. we love it.

The materials feel nice on this carrier, and the size is as expected. Very roomy and open. The frame was distorted on one end when I got it, and after weeks of leaving it set up, it is almost back to straight. This affects the top zipper, it doesn't move super freely due to the slight distortion. The bottom panel is nice, though I wish it were more rigid on the inside. I use a cardboard insert that held a large item inside a big box, and happens to fit one end of this perfectly, and leave it out so my cats get used to playing in it. When one jumps on the carrier, the other end half collapses, but when you pop it back into shape it does go right back to where it was. Since the materials were good and I saw it was starting to correct the packing distortion, I decided to keep it. Having handled some in a store, I'm glad I kept it for the sale price I got. ... show more

I recently gave away a carrier to a friend and needed a new one. This one looked great and it’s just as great in person! I really love how you can see from above and from the sides. I like how my sweet pets will be able to see me and not be in darkness.
