If you have a kitten or a small animal, small dog or medium cat even this is the perfect no-frills, but give you everything you need, carrier.! It’s thoughtfully designed for the airline requirements. The mesh in the carrier is treated such that kitties clause or puppies teeth are not going to go through this easily. Because it is relatively uncomplicated, it is extremely easy to clean. So if you want a basic carrier that is sturdy, easy to clean, crosses all the T’s and dots all the I’s, this is it ! Are you seriously don’t know what more you could ask for especially at this price point which is perfect for what it is. There’s a of course the required and needed carry strap, but this is easy to carry your pet with one hand and there’s enough room that your pet is not going to feel claustrophobic. Not a two bedroom house but they’re not going to Hawaii by the longboat either lol. I have never traveled with the animal in the cabin, so that’s a new experience because before I used to have a big carriers and they would put them with the animals in the plane. Of course, when you went to pick them up, the animal was freezing and made a mess everywhere, so I really want to have my animal with me. It’s not the airlines fault but they’re not the easiest things to transport. I think if I see and water her way ahead of time such that she goes for natural bathroom carrier is going to be fine for a short to medium trip . It falls down nicely so you can either put it in your bag for when you need it. It takes up room in your closet. Everything you need to do is very easy because it is basic instead of overcomplicated.

This carrier may be able to hold up to 33 lbs of weight, but there is no way an animal that heavy will be small enough to fit comfortably inside. I ordered this for my young cat who is about 9 months and not large and she barely fits inside. I tried to get my older/larger cat in this and there was no way she could be comfortable. It was one hop in and one hop out. If I were to zip this up she would be wall to wall, floor to ceiling cat. With that warning out of the way, this is a well made carrier. It folds down to a nice compact size. There is plenty of sturdy mesh to give your pets air flow and visibility. My crazy kitten was happy as can be and hopped right inside. We zipped her up and she rode comfortably around the room. The bottom of this has a detachable sherpa lined pad. The pad is not super thick so it's not bulky, but the sherpa is plush & fuzzy. The long strap on this is a good size so you could pull off a cross body if that is more comfortable to you. Since this is a small size the dual straps makes this easy to carry in your hand too. This is a quality product. This is made for small pets. I would recommend it for kittens, small breed puppies, toys and teacups. A full size average cat is not going to like this unless they preferred to be somewhat swaddled. My mom's mini- dachshund would be too long for this.

Plastic crates have always bothered me for pets. they are hard and constricting of both vision and ventilation. This carrier is amazing, the pet does need to be a large cat or smaller to comfortable fit in this, but it's 1000% worth it for your pet to have 360 veiws and breathablility while traveling. There is a fluffy wool floor in the carrier for a relaxing nap, this flooring is not removable but would stand to be vaccumed when needed. The carrier is comfortable for pet parents as well with a hand carrying option, a shoulder strap, and even a luggage slip to secure on the roller bars of your luggage. It has several open pockets (theat do not close, or zip) to store items you may need for your jounery. And again, you have full veiw of your fur baby and vice versa, which helped to keep you both more calm while you travel. This carrier folds down nearly flat, but when constructed (by unfoling and zipping the ends up) has stury bars that make it ridged and uncollapsable. This carrier is not one that you can stack things on top of, so keep that in mind if you are vacationing, or flying. The carrier is constructed of heavy nylon and breathable mesh that could handle some clawing with no issues. I will absolutely reccomend this carrier to friends and family. I revcieved this one for free as a Vine reviewer, but I may purchase a second one as I foster for the Humane Society and might need to travel a few kitties or small pups at a time. I would absolutely say this is the right carrier for both pets and owners!

My cats were very curious and intrigued by this cat carrier. Usually, if I bust out the big bulky ones with the metal door, they get scared. As you can see, the cats swarmed the bag. I love how it comes with a soft blanket inside and a lot of windows for the cat to see out of. I am sure that prevents a claustrophobic feelings. The bag is rather large and once you zip it up, it stands up pretty straight on own without cat inside. I also love that it comes with a shoulder strap for extra support, although I found the handles well enough to use for my size cats. I can definitely see how this would fit a heavier dog. I was delighted that one of my cats went inside the cat carrier on own when I took picture. He was definitely marking the carrier as his. He seemed pretty comfortable inside and I am sure if he had to be in there for a car trip, he wouldn't mind. I really like this cat carrier compared to the big bulky ones. I also like how this one is a great size versus other bag carrier I have. Lastly, I love all the places the cat can look out and many ways to put cat in and take cat out. If I ever need another cat carrier, will definitely get one of these!
