This was a great pet carrier. I had to take my puppy on the plane so I got this one to try out. He fit good in it, it’s best for small puppies and cats. He grew out of it quickly but now we just use it for our cat. It fit airline requirements and has good ventilation all around to keep your animal comfortable. It also has an inside piece that’s for warmer weather that you flip over and it’s fuzzy and warm for when it’s colder. The side can also fit over your baggage handle so the pet carrier just sits on top of your luggage, that was my favorite part, even puppies are heavy. It was sturdy and well built, easy to travel with since it breaks down quickly. I also like that you can seatbelt the pet carrier into your car. Great value for the money and it’s very useful. The carrier is a great size. I used it on American Airlines, and my 12-pound dog was very comfortable—she was able to move around and lay down easily. It’s very durable while still being lightweight, which I really liked. The only thing to note is that while it is approved by American Airlines, it does take up most (if not all) of the legroom in a standard economy seat. If leg space is important to you, I’d definitely recommend booking a seat with extra legroom. My dog was comfortable, but I wasn’t—but in the end, I’m glad she was. ... show more

Really nice carrier and at a good price. It's roomy, lots of ventilation and the bottom is hard, so it's sturdy when carrying. It supported my 13lb cat easily and made the vet appointment that much easier.

This carrier is a winner! I finally ordered one after squishing my poor kitty cat into a smaller hard-shell one that had been passed down through the family. It was a battle to get her into that one. This one is a much better size and she can see out all the way around and doesn't feel so trapped. I leave it sit in my living room with one end open and she goes in there snoops around once in awhile. So it has become her friend instead of the enemy. It is lightweight and easy to carry. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my trip to be able to bring my puppy, I love the way it looks. It has great ventilation & is very soft. The quality is great & it’s not too heavy! It has a pocket on the side, my puppy already loves it & the mat inside is super soft. It’s not very thick but I could always add a blanket. The sides are a bit floppy at first, but it a great and fairly sizable carrier. Not sure if the floor mat is technically washable, but the outer soft covering is removable, so I was able to hand wash it when my cat had an accident.
