I ordered 2 -6 feet , 3-3 feet and 1- 1.5 feet of those cat-8 cables (6 cables in total) and they seem pretty good . Very thick and well made with an end plastic protector in each cable . I installed them to my 5 input switch in the back of my Home Theater system , replacing the previous cat6 cables I had before and the 6th to my computer wall connection and so far, they work ok . They also seem to improve the speed and response , so , I am satisfied . I think these cables are worth the small cost .

If anyone has had this annoying thing on the PS5 happen so far this has completely stopped mine from giving me that notification. Even with the older cable it never dropped connection but for some reason the notification would pop up saying disconnected and then almost immediately would pop up saying it was connected. but as i read on forums a cat 8 cable stopped it they think its due to maybe the better connector in these cables or something dont know just magic i guess since i didnt want to go to wifi.

I have purchased 7 of these cables (in various lengths) over the last couple of months as I move from a slower WIFI connection to a faster hard wired connection for certain types of devices. I have also recently purchased several similar inferior cables but I cannot trust them for the devices where I need them. If you purchase these cables (in any length) you wont be disappointed.

Grabbed two of these when upgrading to multi-gigabit internet, a 1.5 footer to connect my modem and router, and a 50 footer to reach across the house to my gaming desktop. The speed gains were insane, over ten times what I was getting with my previous gen cables. For the price, these cables are crazy good quality. Nice thick and heavy duty cables, you can feel the quality when you pick them up. Recommend for anyone going gigabit or higher.
