Product Shipping fast. Cute size and nice color. It is easy to install. 1 piece integrate no leaking after installation. Soft close seat is comfortable. Powerful flush and no clog till now. It save water. I feel good.

My plumber with 20 years experience says this is the hardest to install toilet ever. It took the two of us with great effort to get installed. Once installed it doesn't flush solid waste--five flushes with vigorous plunging each time. No instructions on how to install the seat--so that took a while to figure out as it is unlike any toilet seat connection system I have ever seen. Manufacturer doesn't include plastic part to hold flange bolts upright so we used the supplied nuts, knowing we had spare nuts from other installs. Well the flange bolts is not standard so standard nuts don't fit. Turns out they are metric. All in all a terrible value for the money. PS you better have small hands if you plan to reach in and tighten the nuts on the flange bolts (which of course you have to do) Added two days later: Now it will flush solid waste, so that's a relief.

I loved this toilet, but it interfered with the shut off valve. The skirt was exactly where the valve was. Of course, returning a toilet was impossible. I was refunded and donated it to Habitat for Humanity. I just had to pay them to come pick it up. Just be sure to take every single measurement possible. The one I didn’t think to do was what sunk this one.
