This watch model is great for outdoor activities. I use it when hiking, backpacking, camping, and motorcycling. I really like how lightweight and sleek this watch is, like nothing is there. I know the G-shocks are very popular, but they are way too bulky in my opinion, and do the same thing. When motorcycling/dirt biking this watch doesn't hang you up when putting gear/jackets on. I don't really use the alarm or the second time function, but they do work well. It keeps perfect time and has a 10-year battery! Waterproofing is great for everything but scuba diving. On the first one, the watch band came off when the rubber disintegrated after 6+ years of storage outside in AZ (100+ heat). For the second one, the band broke when I crashed a motorcycle. The watch part still works tho! Can't blame either and it's just cheap enough to buy another! ... show more

I bought this watch for my teenage son because he didn’t need an Apple Watch. He has a phone to do everything else. He wanted something waterproof, has an alarm, lights up, can take a beating, doesn’t need to be charged, wasn’t too big, and can display the time. Oh, and something that wouldn’t get him in trouble if he lost it. I hope Casio continues to offer this watch for years to come. ... show more

I would definitely give this watch 5 stars except for the alarm. It's barely audible and I have completely missed several alarms.

The media could not be loaded. Wonderful watch. I worked at subway for a year and mostly did closing shifts so I had to wear a watch in order to keep track of time and to also see while I was making sandwiches what time it was so I could pace myself. I kid you not, running back and forth from doing dishes in the back and dunking this thing in murky dishwater to getting scrapped and beat from loading and unpacking boxes, this thing will not break unless you really want it to. Outside of subway I had also worked out a lot with it on at the gym and it never failed me. When you most need the time, this watch will serve you best, just as I did my customers. ... show more
