  • Watch that's useful and good price
I was looking for a watch which was good quality and does the job well and looks decent in style. I always remember ever since I was a little kid that Casio is the way to go with quality and price. Sure enough, I was right. The watch was a great price. Pros: -Well built. -Nice size display. (Big display which is helpful for quick glances. Also has a bad con, as I'll explain later) -The hands are glow in the dark. Super useful for the night. (It also looks super cool.) -Adjustable wrist. Fits pretty much all wrists. -Doesn't disturb any other tasks (As a Piano player, doesn't cause any problems) Cons: -A little bulky looking, unless you're a bigger person, it will look fine in my opinion. -The top gets scratched very easily (You can try keeping that plastic on. But wont stay on for more than a day. Been there, done that :)) -The hand time isn't very accurate (A big problem. I'd switch it, and a couple hours later, the second-hand and the minute were very out of sync. But recently, I tweaked around with it a bit and got it and its been good for a couple of months now) But both of these together, plus the price, and the quality I'd say is worth it. It does have minor problems, but like I said, not enough for me to dislike it. Recommended. ... show more

  • Need an Inexpensive Watch? Just get a Casio!
I have a couple of higher end watchers I use for more formal / professional occasions but as a techie 99% of the time I just need an inexpensive but reliable watch for everyday use. My sole requirement is that I can glance at my left wrist where I have worn a watch all my life and see the time using a simple analog display. All of the advanced timer, alarm stopwatch, etc. functions I used to require on watches are on my smartphone and at 50+ I can't see those tiny dials anyway! Also I am around water a lot and while I don't need to dive or snorkel I don't want to have to worry about keeping it dry, such that the 50m water resistance here does fine. In the past 6 months I have had to return or toss three crap watches (one Timex, two no-name brands, see separate reviews) that couldn't do these things. Also I have had it with the new trend of 'unisex' watches, which tend to have faces too large for women's wrists and bands too short for men's. This Casio fits the bill however, including being appropriately gender sized noting that for every Man's watch they make there is always an appropriate Women's one that will fit properly. The only minor complaint I have is that the second hand is a little hard to read in lower light, but I don't really need seconds the numbers and minute-second hands stand out clearly as advertised. Historically I have never had a Casio that didn't last at least a couple of years and from now on I am sticking with them as should you. ... show more

  • Too Big!
Simply put, the watch face is too large. It's ugly. I don't know what the current style is in watches, but this doesn't look right on a medium sized man's wrist. Being easy to read is one thing, but looking like EASY TO READ is another. The strap was also long.

  • PERFECT WORKADAY WATCH
I recently bought an Invicta Pro Diver, from Amazon, and was very happy with it.........BUT....It's an automatic watch, if you don't wear it everyday, you gotta reset it........So, i picked up this one, and I love it!!!!! Superlight, easy to read, and very good looking............and costs less than a Steak Dinner?????.....Go For It....... ... show more

  • Looks ok
It's what you are paying for. But it seems resistant it's really ok, just not as easy to read as it looks on the picture, neither glow or have or can't be seen in the dark... a little disappointed

  • Inexpensive, accurate, sturdy.
I had a Casio about 40 years ago. I forgot how good they were. If I ever need another watch. it will definitely be a Casio.

  • It does the job, Made in china, arrives with permanent Smudges.
It's a cheap watch. What more can I say about it? The numbers are easy to read. It keeps time well. It did arrive with smudges on the back of the watch (like every Casio I have ever bought.). But it is not used. It was clearly smudged at factory. It makes for a very nice Practice Watch. For those studying the Japanese Assembly. Now the smudges, those are basic human hand oils type of smudges. Leading me to believe that the assemblers are not wearing gloves. I guess ditching gloves is another way to cut corners in Chinese slave labor costs. I like the shade of blue they did the numbers with, very easy on the eyes. But I don't like the fact that probably a Chinese kid assembled this thing. When googling Casio, it claims all casios are made in Japan. Then when it get to you, you read the pack of the product and OF COURSE, It's made in China.... Troubling times we are living in. Deceptive sales tactics. ... show more
