This is my second time purchasing and the first lasted about 2.5 years. It's a battery and it works so my review is limited to how long it lasts. 2.5 years doesn't seem that long for this backup rechargeable battery. I would of liked it to be at least 3 years and 4 or 5 years would of been very good. It states it a 1 year warranty so I didn't bother reaching out. Price is average (it actually went up a few dollars since 2021).

There are companies out there that move products, get paid, and move on to the next order. Then there are companies like Casil Batteries that care about their product, their customers, and how they are perceived by their buyers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike from Casil Batteries USA. and I must say it’s been a long time since I enjoyed a phone call with a company to answer some questions regarding their product. Mike took the call from his car because he wasn’t in his office yet which right Off tells you he’s forwarding his calls. This is a dying breed of customer service and you don’t find people like this anymore. he answered all my questions and went one step further to make me a permanent customer of Casil batteries. thank you Mike you’re an asset to your company.
