This case holds a total of 40 folding knives up to 5" in length. There is a foam plug in each bay that you remove and can cut size to lift shorter blades so they contact the base and top foam layers so they don't bounce around. A much less costly alternative to a Pelican case.

Very durable case with cushioned space for all knives. Good value for the price. Only complaint is it might benefit to be taller. Some pocket knives that are over 3 inches do not fit in the case.

I ordered this in an attempt (failed) to save money vs the 40 knife Pelican V200 case from Nalpak. I figured at 1/3 the price this product would be a great deal. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. The product arrived with a cracked hinge, but I elected to just return it rather than exchange it for the following reasons. First, as other reviews have stated the fit and finish of the product is very cheap. The latches are poor quality and difficult to latch. The foam inside is very cheap and flimsy. Overall this product proves the old adage “you get what you pay for”. I decided to get the Pelican case after all.

The foam doesn’t fit the box well at all. When you pull a knife out the entire foam insert comes with the knife. You have to push the foam back down. Not what I was expecting…
