Amazing storage case for your knife collection. I have so many knives, that over time, I've had to continue to purchase new cases to hold them all. Depending on what's available and my budget at the time, I've ended up with several different brands and sizes. This is by FAR the best one I have purchased so far. The quality is evident in the latches, the thickness of the case itself. The way the foam interior is designed makes it super simple to customize and fit a wide variety of different styles and sizes of knives. The ability to lock the case as well as it being water and air tight as long as you want it to be makes this by far well worth the price. I highly recommend it to my fellow knife collectors. Very nice box. Well built and I don’t doubt that it is waterproof. The foam padding works well for keeping my knives separated. I’m storing my Case folding knife collection and they are all 4-1/4” or less in length. You can store many more than 56 if you don’t mind more than one per slot. Two large stockmans or trappers fit nicely in a slot together. I have 57 knives in mine and it’s not half full But it is getting heavy. Kind of expensive but I’m pleased with it. ... show more

    • Exactly what I needed - should have ordered one sooner.

Case works as advertised. Solid build quality. Locks are solid without being too hard to close. Case seems to get a solid seal all the way around, which is important to me, because I keep my knives on a shelf in my bathroom, so there's a lot of moisture. But some gel packets to throw in there, and I'm good. I'm not planning on trying to float it down the river. It won't hold large knives, so be careful of that. My Civivi Elementum and Vosteed Psyop fit nicely. The Spyderco Manix 2 sticks up above the foam a bit, but there's still room to close the lid, no problem. But the Cold Steel AD10? Forget about it. You won't be able to store a knife that size in this case (at least not vertically as intended by the design). Good case. Feel like I got my money's worth. I'll probably order another when I run out of space in this one. ... show more

Case looked of decent quality. but mine looked like a previously returned item as a number of the foam cells had been pulled out and pushed back it. The real issue was the quality of he foam. Or more accurately, the lack of quality. Maybe mine was old but pressing on the foam seemed to dent it ... it didn't come back to its original form/size. And it was VERY weak and flimsy. Not something I want surrounding my knife collection. So I returned it. ... show more
