I LOVE this case so much. I bought several cases to try with my new phone and this is THE case. It is sparkly without being gaudy; feminine without being girly; and protective enough for typical daily use. I have small hands so I’ve permanently attached a stick-on finger ring made by Lamicall to the case. I used one for 5 years with my XR and it definitely helps avoid drops. I personally don’t believe this Case-Mate case would provide 10 feet of drop protection, but it does seem on par with cases advertising 6 feet of drop protection. There is a raised lip around the front screen and four “feet” on the back corners offer protection for the camera lenses. Personally I wish there were a lip around the camera but their design keeps the lenses from making contact with a table. It’s just such an attractive case. I also purchased the sparkly clear case and the Willow floral case. I like them both and will keep all three, but floral gems is by far my favorite. ... show more

This case was gorgeous and I got so many compliments but it started falling apart pretty quickly. The little gold balls were falling out left and right. I even exchanged it for a new one and the same thing happened. It was pretty annoying because they were sticky and gross feeling when they came out of the case. Got my money back. ... show more

The case itself is pretty, but my phone fell out of my pocket while I was sitting down, which was about 10” from the ground, and now my camera area/back of my phone is cracked! I’ve never had a phone crack before with a case on it. It definitely wouldn’t withstand 10ft! I do not recommend.
