This seems to be a sturdy case after about a month of use. It holds the phone securely, is easy to hold onto, and is easy to install. The fold out port cover feels very robust and shows no signs of breaking off. This seems like an important piece for water protection. It does add a few seconds to fold it out of the way when I need to charge the phone, but it doesn't bother me. The backside both keeps the camera lenses safe and allows you to set the phone down on its back wihtout worrying about scratching the lenses. The side buttons still work great - if they feel like they arent working well, you should adjust your installation. At first one of my side buttons felt difficult to push and mushy. I was concerned that this would always be this way. But when I reinstalled I must have moved something slightly and it works perfectly. All in all a great value. It seems like it would be hard to damage the phone unless it landed directly onto something that hit the screen. The raised edges wont let the screen hit a flat surface, but if the screen landed on a rock or something else more than a few mm tall it could still be damaged. But no phone case can really prevent this type of damage without blocking the touchscreen. It stays clean. It was designed so that it doesnt easily slide across dashboards or other slippery surfaces. Great quality. And it's not bulky so it fits in my pocket if I don't use the clip attachment. And the clip attachment is easy to remove if I don't want to use it. And I like that it has 2 layers of protection.

Just like other Otterbox cases, they are robust and can withstand drops like no other. I generally don't use the clip, but when I'm off the beaten trail, its nice to have. PS< the Antimicrobial element of this is a bit funny. Anyone can wipe their case with colloidal silver or for those with access to extremely fine aG can add a anti bacterial aspect to their phone, but for some this may be a added bonus. With or without the germ fighting element, this case is a cut above the rest. ... show more
