The plastic insert that you place inside your phone case to connect the phone to the chain is very flimsy and cheap. I tried to wear this during my last trip and phone fell off twice while trying to move through the airport. I'm returning this immediately!

This is a great phone lanyard! It stays in the phone case easily and while it is long, it is adjustable. The chain links are open on one side and the metal ring holding the clips slips in and out easily if you just barely open the chain. I bought this lanyard for a vacation when I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to lose my cell phone. The chain makes a lot of noise which slightly bothered me. On the fourth day, the chain broke at the clasp that holds the chain and the cell phone together. So I wouldn’t say that it’s very durable at the connection points. Otherwise it’s really cute.
