Purchased this blanket as a Christmas gift for a tall in-law for its size and reviews that claimed the blanket fabric is soft. This item gets heavy use and has been laundered many times. Fabric is still relatively soft but has gotten some pilling over time. However, that has not prevented daily use. Has not shrunk from being washed either. Pattern is very nice and not over-priced. Would purchase this product again.

The media could not be loaded. This blanket is sooo soft and warm. I ordered it for our Athens apartment couch. We always love big oversized blankets to cuddle under while watching tv. This one is perfect! The color is stunning and so bright, and the pattern is so pretty too. I got the queen size and it's perfect!! Fixing to order one for our home too. Not understanding negative reviews.. Purchased two tan and one dark blue patterns. Have put them through a lot of use and will reorder. They shed some when new only. I purchased the tan one and, after getting it, went back and ordered three more. I don't like weight of most throws on my muscles due to many years of fibromyalgia and these are warm, soft, and no weight to cause discomfort. After many years trying to find the perfect throw, putting up with too many I didn't like that well, this is the award winning one for people who like soft, warmth without weight, and IT DID NOT STINK LIKE SO MANY DO. I have sent back many that were semi-soft and the stench smelled up rooms before I could wash or get returned. UPDATE ON RECEIVING OTHER COLORS: The light blue is not the color blue in online pictures. It is more gray-blue which I do not like. I am returning that one color.
