The media could not be loaded. Been on the hunt for a reasonably priced sectional for awhile. I’ve scoured the internet— both high and low end furniture places. Many customer reviews for cloud couches, Honbay, Wayfair, etc, were inconsistent, and for some of $1000+ I wasn’t willing to take the risk. This couch matched the color scheme (grey) of my home, and was large enough for me. I’m 5’2. My spouse is 5’9. We’ve had it a week and are ravingggg over it. For a decent buck this couch is great for movie binges! However, the only comment I will make and it truly isn’t worth the fuss is the grey is deeper than I imagined it’d be. Definitely not too much on the silver side, but more of a smoke grey. (purchased an ottoman off of Amazon to act as another chaise but the colors are off) I personally think it still goes with my decor so won’t be returning the couch or the pouf regardless of the color difference. Additionally, the chase is a little short and you will have to curl up. Other than that it’s comfy. My best bet due to how firm it is (think of memory foam pillows) is it’ll last two years, but I’ll try to update my review around winter time! Hope this helps. ... show more

Overall 2 1/2 stars Not worth this price At BEST should be $300 for this It’s very low to the ground, small at best it is fitting 4 seating comfortably. Pillows instead of arm rest is a joke- not at all at arms length and won’t be used these arm pillows take up unnecessary space from seating. The brackets used to hold the couch sections in place didn’t have aligned access holes drilled from manufacturers evenly so I can’t attach the sections to each other properly. Poor design. Couch came in 3 boxes. Couch pillows and covers are double bubble wrapped and are not very thick. Directions say pillows will fluff up over night I am not convinced. Took me and my 9 yo about half an hour to assemble. October- one month after purchase update- The pillows never got any fluffier than they did when I took them out of the package. The couch does not stay together due to the bracket holes being sloppy drilled. Bracket holes were never drilled in properly from the manufacture so the couch sections absolutely do not align with each other and if you have a group sit down, it is awkward as the pieces shift, the couch itself is not comfortable. The padding is extremely thin, absolutely hurts your hips and thighs if you plan on actually enjoying -definitely not a couch you can sleep on extremely uncomfortable. The cushions and couch pillows every single use have to be adjusted the padding for the seating portion must go underneath the pillow. Every time you sit down the cushion itself will move out of place you’re back will not be comfortable your butt will not be comfortable. Actually none of this is comfortable. I have had to add additional pillows, including regular pillows behind the back just so it’s bearable. Honestly, wish I could return this item and get a full refund. If you read the fine print, it actually says you can’t return this item unless it’s in its original packaging. There is absolutely no way after opening up the three boxes. It came in getting out all of the material that it even would fit right back in there because they double vacuum seal, everything meaning that there’s no physical way for you to put it back into the box for a return the manufacture is absolutely doing this on purpose. I give this couch a 1 1/2 star rating Certainly not worth the money. This couch needs to absolutely be no more than $300. Poor design not comfortable not large NOT COMFORTABLE December update: the most uncomfortable couch I have ever bought literally you get pain you can’t even sit for a 90 minute movie without your lower back hips actually hurting! I don’t know what kind of cheap cushioning they put in this couch, but you can literally feel everything underneath you like the hard service underneath. The couch moves around every time you sit down, the back rest, never stays in place the cushions behind you are a joke and have absolutely no support. This couch is honestly a piece of trash. December 2022-2 YEARS: It's in EXCELLENT shape for being in our house for just under 2 years this month. We've got a couple more cats for the last year, one less dog & more kids babysat every day. We're still fat af adults, my son is older, not fat, & no longer jumping on the couch like a psycho, & I'm still very much comfortable on the couch. Besides some small unnoticeable holes from the talons of our wildebeest animals, & then the holes from the wet abyss of hell called our cheap washer, there's nothing wrong with it. I expected to have to save up for a new couch in a year, 2 years maybe. But nothing is wrong with it lol. The foam has not condensed, the cotton in the back rests are still fluffy. The only things "missing" are the arm rests because the zippers were always being unzipped. I wouldn't recommend the zipper attachment to any designer. But, you know. I'm lazy, I won't fix it. I DID screw in the back of the middle back rest that popped off a bit. It's held up great. No movement or cracking. I used drywall screws that I had laying around. I'll update if anything changes, whenever that happens! 9 MONTHS: Only update is I've washed the cushions on hot delicate twice this week. First I air dried them but I just put them in today on low cycle, very dry option. No shrinkage or fabric damage. Though I will go back to air drying because I'm worried the seams won't hold up as long if they're machine dried. No holes from any dog nails, any stains are completely gone. 3 MONTHS: I definitely should've just screwed in some screws. It did take a while, though, to pop off the middle of the back. So I'll take it apart soon to screw in some extras. The cushions are still holding up great. The dogs are obsessed with it. The cushions are easy to fluff up. I haven't washed the covers yet. I'm afraid of doing that with my history of shrinkage in past couch covers lol. I'm going to be attaching velcro to the arm rests & back cushions, as they keep moving & the arms flop to the side. 1 MONTH: I love the color, exactly as expected. It is a low modern couch, I'm 5'2" & sitting up, the back comes up right below my shoulder blades. The seat height is decent for me, but taller people or elderly/differently abled people might have a harder time getting up from it. The cushions are comfy, the seats are a medium firm, the backs are more squishy, but comfortable. The seats are not flippable, you could only switch the 2 middle seat cushions with each other, but that's basically useless. The covers unzip for washing. I haven't washed them yet. Sleeping was nice the one night I slept on it, & I'm a difficult sleeper. I need to be really comfy. The stuffing seems to be a cheap foam, so I'm worried it'll show wear quickly. It has been an easy couch to clean. I just use baby wipes & paper towels. It hasn't stained yet. Just watch out for claws, I think that'll mess it up sooner or later. Quick delivery. 2 screws are not in because they wouldn't go into the very back underneath the backboards. They're covered up by a piece of wood & it makes them difficult to get in the successful screws. But it seems sturdy enough so far. If needed, I can just screw some screws in later. The pieces all came together in 3 big boxes. Not too heavy to get it to the second floor by my husband. It was a quick set up, maybe 40 minutes because I got confused over which screws went where. My living room consists of 3 big dogs- 47, 80 & 50 lb rambunctious monsters with sharp claws- 1 cat, one 7 year old 55 lb child who walks/runs/jumps across the couch because he's a wild animal, & 3 adults at 230, 240 & 270 pounds. I have kids over for babysitting, & then my niece sleeps over sometimes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It came in two boxes, it took about 45 minutes to put together between two people. Very easy to set up. A lot of people had said that this couch is small. I don’t find it to be small. I think it’s a perfect size at least for my apartment. I ordered the navy blue, but it is definitely more of a royal blue. in the pictures and videos that I posted it has not sat for 24 hours yet so it’s not its full puffiness but to be honest I don’t think it’s gonna get much more puffy. This isn’t the kind of couch you for years and years to come, but it’s definitely great when you’re in an apartment situation. ... show more
