We have had this couch for 6 months and it's not the best. The back cushions we have had to spend move than $40 dollars on additional stuffing just to try and make it somewhat supportive. They all just shrink down. It has a VERY small velcro on the back of each of the back support cushions that do not stay on well if you move around at all or have kids/pets. The bottom cushion covers are alright but also slide around a lot. There is also no way due to how they are stuffed to remove and wash the bottom cushions. The ottoman has been great. The couch also sits pretty low to the ground in my opinion and I'm only 5'6. The color and material is nice and the price we got it for was a steal (on sale for less than 700) but this is not a long term couch at all as we are already needing to start looking into another one. ... show more

When I 1st received the couch, one of the bases was damaged. Just a small tear but on the visible side of the couch. I sent the pics that was requested and it was replaced no problem. Quick shipment and all. I can't thank them enough for it. Overall, the couch itself is a good purchase for the money. Firm yet comfortable. I even fell asleep on it one night and didn't wake up sore.
