I previously had a white and black high pile rug that I used in my living room (big mistake) that eventually got all matted and dirty no matter how much I tried. I needed a replacement and also wanted something that was a different aesthetic and came across this. This rug is surprisingly light and feels so soft and cushioned under your feet—like a microfiber cloth. It’s also much easier to clean and maintain because it’s low pile and machine washable.
