Extremely lightweight! If you plan to lug this from apartment to apartment over the next however many years youll be very pleased with how compact it can get and how lightweight it is. The top is super soft like a microfiber type blanket. The bottom has a clear super grippy coating that helps keep it from sliding anywhere. The design is modern and cool and honestly peaceful and pleasant. Very warm welcoming vibe to it. The only real negative is the lack of padding, because it's so light its got no real cushion at all. So it'll keep feet warm from bare floor but it doesnt add any bounce or help much with sound etc. add a nice thick mat for underneath and you have a winning combo but without a pad underneath it definitely feels cheap and basic compared to visually how nice it is and how soft the surface is. The media could not be loaded. This rug is a perfect accent piece in our tv room. We really love the color and the pattern. Looks very modern yet classic. My first impression once I popped it out of the plastic wrap was, I thought it was a little thin. I felt it was more like a really thick bath towel than a rug. But once I put it down, I actually appreciate the thinner profile of it. It is nice and flat. And not a trip hazard, so that is a BIG plus! The construction quality is very high. The edges are uniform and neatly serged for a pro look. The rubber backing is absolutely non-slip. This rug stays put with no moving or shifting. And even though it arrived folded, the creases came out quickly and easily once on the floor. Partly due thanks to the non-slip backing. Under foot this rug is heavenly. Feels cloud soft and plush. Makes me wish I'd gotten a larger size now because I'd be taking naps on it! But since this rug is an accent piece, the size is fine. One last caveat, no worries about cleaning since this rug is machine washable. That makes this rug a total Win! ... show more
