This is the only food that my picky dachshund will eat. Mostly due to the small kibble, as it’s pretty tiny so it doesn’t require a lot of chewing for some lazy dogs who want to gobble. They must love the flavor because I have tried to sneak other brands by them,, but they always prefer this one. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it because it has so many high quality ingredients especially the top ones (lamb, fish, peas, sweet potatoes, chickpeas and egg) You don’t see that many high quality ingredients listed first on most dog food, so I feel like I’m giving my dogs the BEST. I have a 1.5 year old shih tzu and I've spent a year buying different bags of kibble. I have a cabinet full of kibble he will not touch and kibble he will tolerate. I ended up just cooking his food because he started to lose weight but I felt like he wasn't getting all his nutrients from my cooked food. This bag arrived yesterday and holy moly, he was going crazy sniffing the food within the package. When I took it out the package his nose went crazier lol. He ate it and I left out some for later that night and he chose this kibble instead of the cooked food. He did poop more than usual the next morning but everything was still solid.
