Great product! It is water resistant, but any water pooling will quickly leak through. I bought it as a replacement gazebo canopy since I could not find a replacement for my old gazebo. It keeps the sun off us until I can get a new gazebo. This tarp is made very strong and sturdy.

I've had this tarp for six months now and love it. Reinforcements at grommets are great, I use this to cover my open trailer while on road being sure to make it taught as to not flap. I have no tears and this tarp keeps everything dry.
