Most of the bolts go in perfectly, but a couple will be cross-threaded or become stuck half-way and impossible to fix, no matter how careful you are or how many years of experience in woodworking or furniture assembly you have. There really is no simple solution here. You can apply pressure and risk stripping the bolt or use some wood-working skills to bypass the problem. Once assembled, it sure looks nice.

I never leave reviews but wanted to leave one for this because there were so many bad reviews. This is not a perfect piece of furniture… it’s a $350 dresser and not an heirloom or solid wood piece. With that said, I think this is pretty good quality for the price. If you can read and understand English instructions you should be able to put together with 2 people in under and hour and not have all of the issues people post about with drawers not aligning…. Just simply follow the easy instructions and you will be fine. The color is a dark espresso with hints of red. I purchased this to match the babyletto Hudson espresso crib since the babyletto line didn’t have any full size espresso dressers. This brand is one of about about 6 brands owned by the “million dollar baby” brand so the wood matched perfectly with the babyletto espresso crib. The quality is the same between the two brands. I changed out the knobs (which were a little bit lighter in color than the dresser) for black knobs to match the west elm book case i have in the room that’s not pictured. There were also a lot of complaints about how far the drawer pulled out. No, they do not pull out the full way but I expected it to be much worse. Not sure why people are saying the drawers aren’t usable… completely pull out far enough to leverage the drawers. Mine arrived early with outside packaging fine and didn’t experience any of the issues with the internal pieces being damaged as others have stated. Overall, I think this is good quality for the price… i purchased this with the intent of using it for maybe 3 years maximum for baby stuff before purchasing a “real” wood childrens bedroom set that will last for the majority of childhood.

The only thing I did not like was that the backing is made of particle board and wished it was an actual wood panel. For the price, I was actually impressed that most all of the parts were made of wood, which make the piece of furniture last much longer. I like it!

When taking the parts out of the box I noticed that almost every piece had some kind of scratch, ding, or chip in it. Not very happy that my daughter’s brand new dresser got delivered looking used

This dresser is fine. It will work. If I had known the poor quality, I would have purchased a regular dresser for our nursery instead of this children's nursery dresser. The drawer sides and back are a very poor quality and if youre not careful you will end up with wood slivers like I did. These prices were also a bit warped making them not fit together very well. My biggest complaint is the front left of the dresser top came with two gouges in the finish. We've literally waited months for this dresser so I found a brown sharpie to make them less visible. The drawers rattle a bit and fit fine, not great but slide in and out smoothly. All in all, I do not think I would recommend this dresser. Its just such poor quality.

LOVE this dresser! I was skeptical after many reviews of women saying it was hard to put together, took a long time & parts didn’t fit well. My fiancé & I got it assembled within 45 mins, everything fit as it should & I found it extremely easy. Maybe because a man who was not pregnant & hormonal was helping out? Not sure! But I am sure I love the product.
