This unit was purchased to replace an older 10' x 20' canopy. Unfortunately, it is about 2" larger than described. The result is it sags at the edges and collects large puddles of water at the edges. The replacement top was larger than the 10 by 20 frame by a few inches. The result is it sagged in a few places. Seemed OK until the whole thing collapsed in the first rain - destroying the frame and damaging the boat stored below. worse than worthless - it was damaging. No way to return - no real way to make it fit. Junk

This is a worthy replacement canopy for my Quiktent set up of the same size. Material is hardy and stitching is well done. I take this down in winter so snow loading has not been experienced. Based on my previous experiences with stronger canopies I would not trust this one without monitoring and clearing it off before it gets overloaded. To this point, the star off is because it could use more connections points to attached to frame. What is provided is spaced too far apart. This is fine most of the time, but slack that results allows a little bit of rain water to collect. Not a big deal but a deficit over the one it is replacing. That said, the price point is very good value.

Fitted my 10x20 car enclosure perfectly! I’ve had my car enclosure over 8 years and each year the top canvas has to be replaced due to the elements, sun, rain and winds. I’ve bought replacement tops and some last some don’t. I recommend this one because recently in my city in Orange County Calif we had 35+ winds and rain and this top held up with no problems!

I never write reviews but I am so disappointed in this product. I ordered it to replace my current canopy it does not fit like it should it is to big. Water fills up on the canopy and I have to use a broom to push the canopy up and empty the water that has pooled in 4 different places. I will have to figure out a way to fix’s this problem!!! Also when the wind blows it flaps like crazy because it dos not fit properly. I’m very disappointed in this canopy!!!
