I was needing a carport for the longest time and as soon as I saw this one I knew I had to order it because the price was too good to pass up, especially for the size being a 12X20. To my surprise delivery took only 3 days and it came in 4 different boxes on the same day. I opened every package and counted everything included and nothing came up missing, everything was there. Every part was neatly labeled with its corresponding letter. To my surprise it even came with a box full of self tapping screws. A tip I have for the screws is don't use an impact, use a regular drill instead that way you don't strip the screws (which is easily done with too much force). Me and a buddy had everything up and installed within 5 hours. It's really straightforward so don't get too discouraged as this kit truly is for everyone. The lengthiest part was removing the plastic film from each metal roof panel. When it came to installing them some holes didn't line up but I attribute that to my gravel driveway not being level, it wasn't a big deal with the self tapping screws however. Another tip I have is to not use the included "waterproof tape" as it doesn't work at all, it's basically a cheap duct tape. I recommend using a patch and seal tape (also known as butyl tape) instead. It's much more sticky and is actually weatherproof and made for roofs, after using this sealant tape I have zero leaks whatsoever so I highly recommend using that instead. All in all I'm happy with this carport, after I used earth anchors to secure the legs this bad boy isn't going anywhere, love this!

What I found is very well constructed high-quality components however, once I put it all together, it is literally a foot shorter than what they said. Keep this in mind if you are really needing a 20 footer. Personally, I really did need a 20 footer and what ends up happening is the front of my truck and the back of my truck are slightly exposed, sticking out. Now it doesn’t really matter if you’re keeping sunlight off the vehicle, But I am trying to prevent hail damage. Basically, measure your vehicle and know that this is not exactly 20 foot long. I found it to be just a hair over 19 foot long after construction.

Overall, the structures are fairly easy, straightforward part to assemble part of the problem is it’s too many short screws that pop off easy with any Tweaker movement to the metal they don’t sit well I have had to drill quite a few of them out to add extra bolts for stability Left off of the side metal plates coming down due to how sharp they are would hit peoples heads, crossing under it overall great product assembled it with three people 6 1/2 hours, but my concern is it is still a little wobbly even with the support legs up and I’ve had to over drill them Better buy better bolts overall not a bad bang for the buck. The company has contacted me about refunding the price of replacement bolts so as long as they keep up there end this becomes a better deal

If you are looking to keep stuff out of the sun, this is a great product, but if you’re looking to keep it dry, do not buy it. It was easy to put together, but every seam on the roof leaks. I have tried everything from taping the seams with different tape tried with silicone and nothing seems to work. They give you 5 foot panels for the roof and at every seam water pours in. In the spring, I am going to have to spend another $500 to get solid roof panels for it. Also the screws they give you have a very stiff plastic seal on them so those also leak. Tried contacting customer service and that is virtually impossible.
