Nice support without being as restrictive as the heavy duty braces that have rigid plastic. You can adjust the fit around the wrist but not the actual compression of the glove part so buy the proper size. My husband has big hands and the XL fit well.

Ordered a large based on the size chart. Fit the wrist fine but the thumb hole was too small, was irritating after using for one night. Sized up to XL, wrist hole was then a bit too big but the thumb hole was still too small. Had to go with a different brand.
