Super easy to use. Very easy to clean. Worked well on my induction burner. The concept is neat for the detachable handle. The handle secures fast and easy in 2 steps, and needs 2 steps to disengage, which is a good safety feature. Even if it's 1 step disengaged, the handle is still attached to the pan, albeit loosely, and the pan will not fall off the handle. The pan itself is also fairly light. There is a very slight wobble in the handle when attached fully, but not enough to interfere with cooking in any way. Regular use should be fine, but I wouldn't do a lot of flipping in it. It's also oven safe. So a great way to sear meat/veggies and go straight to oven. I keep the handle always attached to the pan so that there is less risk to loosing it, you only get one in the set. ... show more

    • These are really great quality
At first I was worried I might not like the removable handle, but it is really well made and super high quality and easy to pop on and off and move between pans all while feeling very sturdy. The only issue I have is that spatter from cooking gets on the handle and with all the knobs it is a little hard to get as clean as a normal handle. That beings said, after a bit of cooking I have learned to just take the handle off while cooking and this really helps minimize the cleaning and it creates more space on the stove not having competing handles overlapping each other. I really like these pans the more I use them, and I almost gave them 5 stars because they really are almost perfect except for what I already mentioned. Also, I should note that the cooking surface is fantastic. The non-stick surface is great and the coating just seems very high quality like they will last. I can definitely find myself highly recommending them, and I would definitely buy them again now knowing what I know and testing them out. ... show more

Most of my frying pans have rubber on the handles/covers. I was looking for pans that are all metal so I can put in the oven straight from the stove-top. I'm trying several different recipes that instructs you to finish cooking in the oven. These are perfect for the job. They are also non-stick so cleaning is a breeze. ... show more

Small apartment and a really tight kitchen area. Don't have much storage space, so these were ideal. 1 month in and I am happy with this purchase. The handles are sturdy, the pans are non stick and are definitely a space saver. These would also be great if you go camping too.

This is the first set of pans i have ever owned like this. I didn't even know it was a thing. Now i want all my pots and pans to have removable handles because it's one of those conveniences you do not even realize you need until you use it. First of all, They are really well made. The cooking surface is really non stick even after multiple washes in the dishwasher unlike other sets that are ruined after the first few washes. The removable handle is awesome! It is so nice to transfer from the stove to the oven without having to transfer the food to another oven safe pot. The handle is so simple to remove and put the back on. Its done with one hand, fast and stays on tight and perfectly sturdy as if it was built on. The other plus- storing these pans is so much easier! I do not have a ton of wasted space because of handles sticking out in all directions! Highly recommend ... show more

    • Truly nonstick!
I love these pans. Prior to my wife leaving she insisted on nonstick things that had that coating on it? You know what I’m talking about. It sucked and got scratched up almost immediately, giving me God knows what kind of chemicals in my body. I got rid of everything after she left, and though I bought a bunch of new cookware, it all had either that same garbage on it or was “nonstick” but was really just metal that trapped everything in it on the first use. These pans are awesome and not only look great but are honest to God nonstick. I’ve cooked fish in them as well as stir fry. I also don’t have a dishwasher, so this is all by hand.     • Cookware has come a long way
This three piece set has two fry pans, a larger one and a smaller one, plus a well-designed removable handle. The part that grips the pan has a soft rubber coating which does not scratch or mar the finish. The pans are lightweight which makes them easy to handle. This set far exceeds my expectation and these are now my go-to frying pans. They cook food evenly, non-stick without needing much fat or oil and are easy to clean with a rinse of water. They did not come with lids though so I had to scour my collection to find something that fits, but I ended up having to buy one compatible with the smaller pan for dedicated use. I would recommend these to my friends and family as a great starter set or even as an upgrade to a collection. ... show more
