This is the second set of the Carote 11 piece cookware I have purchased! This by far one of my best Amazon purchases! I believe I originally saw a TikTok video of cookware with removable handles and I was instantly intrigued and began searching. I found the Carote set and it had a decent number of reviews and it was on sale so I figured why not… best purchase ever! The fact that I can remove the handle and take the pan directly from stove to oven is fantastic. The pans clean incredibly easy and they save so much space to store. I do hope in the future there is a larger sauce pan to go with the set. The top for storing in the fridge does bend a little and doesn’t give a tight seal but it’s great in a pinch if you don’t have much clean up time. Absolutely in love with this set of pans. My husband and I are full time RVers and space is limited. I saw these on an Instagram feed and I was impressed. Removable handles… how smart. I ordered these and am very happy I did. They nest together which makes storing them very compact. Also I am very happy with the quality and they have not disappointed so far. non stick, easy clean up…. IMPORTANT note, do not use any metal with these or they will scratch. I am IN LOVE with this cookware set! It's the definition of non-stick and so easy to clean. The handles are super easy to lock and unlock and saves me so much space in terms of storage. Now, I will say, I've only handwashed these items so I'm not sure how they'll do in the dishwasher but so far, no wear/tear. They're also just so cute! Only caution I have is that the "lids" aren't airtight at all so would recommend putting cooked food in a regular food storage container rather than using these to store food in the fridge. ... show more

I purchased this to replace some older cookware that had lost its non-slip coating. The delivery was fast and the packaging was in great condition. The product is simple and convenient to use and makes cooking more enjoyable. Having the ability to remove the handles from any pot or pan saves space on my stove top when cooking those more involved recipes and makes cleaning a breeze. The ceramic coating is also incredible! I put it to the test by frying some cheddar cheese into cheese crackers and they slid right off the pan with absolutely no oil or grease needed. They heat evenly and reliably and even come with airtight lids that slip right over the top for easy storage. I was a little skeptical about this purchase, but I am very happy with them so far. I LOVE the color and the removable handle is a nice feature. I also love how they stack together, so it only takes up two spaces instead of each one individually taking up space. The glass lids are wonderful. I have to admit, a tiny chip of the color coating on the outside of the pan chipped off (concerns me about future wear and tare) also, the outside color is a little discolored in a small area. The media could not be loaded. Pros: the pans are nice, solid, and non stick. I fried chicken, eggs, veggies and was surprised at how not even a speck stuck to the pan. I was expecting a little but all the food slid around effortlessly and it was super easy to clean. The handles are very strong and secure. My cooktop is broken--only works on high-- but this set does not get hot spots and has never burned on--not even scrambled eggs! The set is sturdy but not heavy. Came missing a handle. Description says 11 pieces, including 2 handles. Only 10 pieces were received, with only 1 handle. From the way it was packaged, and other reviews, I believe this is standard. Very disappointed that it is misadvertised. Pans are pretty, and stack well for storage, just beware you will most likely be shorted a handle if you order the advertised 11 pieces. ... show more
